UAB "Schenker" applies fuel surcharge
Starting from June of 2010 “Schenker” UAB calculating the fuel surcharge.
Due to continuous fuel price increase on the world market, the costs of transport services have arisen remarkably. Also the prices of vessel tickets and our partners transportation costs have increased. Below you see information about fuel costs changes to our service prices and add fuel surcharge on invoices with extra row.
When calculating the fuel surcharge we will issue from the fuel price according IRU (International Road Transport Union) in webpage http://www.iru.org. Fuel surcharge is valid for import, export, domestic transport costs and it will be valid during the instant month. Fuel surcharge will be added to transport cost according 2010 January fuel price which was 3,27 LTL/1l.
